A little team flashback 🤍

One of the simple things we love most about having our roller door up… clients staying after class for a cuppa and a chat.

Movement is important, but so is connection. Community is what keeps us happy, supported, and coming back.

We love seeing friendships form inside the studio and continue beyond it — especially when it involves a coffee run to Coffee Brothers just a 5 minute walk away ☕️

That ripple effect is part of what makes Wave feel special.

Friday Flashback ✨

Working with our wonderful Bride — super physio who supports us with program development and check-ins for injured clients, both new and existing. Her expertise adds another layer to our Pilates knowledge and the way we support our clients.

This was the very beginning of our kids & teens programs… now 3 years on and still growing strong 💙

We’re so excited to keep evolving and supporting our younger clients — building strength, confidence and resilience.

Term 2 Teens starts next week.
Thursday FULL, Wednesday spaces at 4.30-5.10pm

On International Women’s Day we celebrate our friends, clients, business partners, daughters, mothers and all of you!
But today a special mention to Natalie and Anthea — long-time friends, devoted mums, and the proud co-founders of Wave Reformer Pilates.
Their story began as uni mates in the UK, and 20 years ago, they both made the move to the stunning Northern Beaches.
Fast forward to today, and between them, they’re raising six kids, wrangling three dogs, and managing two husbands! — all while growing a business that’s close to their hearts.
Nat and Anthea’s journey into Pilates started with a personal goal: to feel stronger, more balanced, and better equipped for the chaos (and joy!) of everyday life. That spark quickly turned into a deep passion, inspiring them to train as instructors and ultimately open Wave — a vibrant, inclusive studio designed to uplift and energise every body.
Wave isn’t just about movement — it’s about community, connection, and carving out time for yourself.

We’re so excited to welcome you in (women AND men alike!) and share what we all love at Wave.

On Monday we welcomed the Manly Warringah District JRLFC Development Squad into Wave for a mat & reformer Pilates session 🔥🏉

Our wonderful Trinity stepped up and showed the boys that Pilates is definitely not just for girls 💪
