This legend has been with us for 5 of these months and boy has she SMASHED her goals! Shannon went from 2 x sessions/week, to 3, to 5 to now unlimited! However We cannot take credit for her amazing achievements, as Shannon’s determination, drive and absolute commitment to her health and fitness is what has driven her! What a journey it has been, if you had of told me 5 months ago that I would give up partying and drinking I would have laughed and told you 'yeah right, in your wildest dreams'. I was sooooo discontent in every aspect of my life. Now sober and happier than ever, I couldn't imagine life any other way. Although there is still huge room for improvement both physically and mentally, I am super proud of myself and how far I have come”
