Next time you have a headache give these three tips a go before you reach for the medicine cabinet!
Headaches are often caused by a stressed out and overworked nervous system.
1) Dim your lights or find a dark room
Getting away from any bright stimulating lights can help ease some of the strain. This is not only for lights in the room but phones, computers and TV screens!
2) Find a quiet space
Just like bright lights can overstimulate our eyes, loud or multiple noises can overstimulate our hearing. Blocking out that noise is essential!
3) Take a slow walk in nature
Slow walks help to release pain relieving endorphins. Combine that with the calming effect nature has on our nervous system and is a great way to help your headache!

Was awesome to try out the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber at .hq today!
I have been dealing with an ankle injury for the last couple of weeks so am using this as a way to help boost the oxygenation of my blood and speed up my healing.
