ATTENTION ALL MHSS MEMBERS!!
As we roll into the end of semester two, it is time for our Annual General Meeting to elect a fresh executive committee for 2027 (AGM)!
The Annual General Meeting of the Monash Hellenic Students’ Society has been called for 7pm, 21/10/2026. This meeting will be held at Monash Clayton Campus, at South 1 Lecture Hall (43 Rainforest Walk).
The following positions are available for nomination:
Co-Presidents (2 available positions)
Secretary (1 available position)
Treasurer (1 available position)
Marketing Officer (1 available position)
Marketing Officer (1 available position)
Social and Cultural Officer (1 available position)
General committee positions will be available for nomination in the NEW YEAR at our SGM – stay tuned early next year for information about the SGM!

Whether you are coming as a nominee, or coming to support, please register with the following link to the google form IN OUR BIO.
ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE AND/OR NOMINATE FOR A POSITION
To vote and/or nominate for an Executive Committee position, you must be an ordinary member, meaning you must:
Be a CLAYTON-BASED student; AND
Have been an MHSS member for at least 7 days prior to the AGM.

If you would like to nominate yourself for a position, you are encouraged to prepare a speech about who you are and why you would like to be on the committee.
