Healthways is the perfect place to come inside, warm up and keep moving. What ever the weather is doing outside our group exercise classes run all year. From the rhythm and fun of Love It Latin, to the steady strength work of Pilates, the gentle resistance of Aqua Power, or the calm of Mindful Movement, there’s a style to suit whatever pace or intensity feels right for you.
Classes also bring a welcome bit of structure to the colder months. A set time, warm room and familiar faces make it much easier to keep showing up, even on the grey days.
Take a look at the video below for a glimpse into some of the classes on offer at Healthways. You might just find your new favourite.

WORLD DROWNING PREVENTION DAY!
Every year on 25th July, the world recognises World Drowning Prevention Day, a UN-designated reminder that drowning claims over 300,000 lives globally each year. It’s a tragedy that falls hardest on children and vulnerable communities, and one that is almost entirely preventable.
Here at Healthways, our kids are the lucky ones. Learning to swim is part of growing up, and it’s something we work hard to instil every day. But children in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta region don’t have the same opportunities.
That’s why we’re proud to be partnering again with the AWSOM Project in 2026. Last year, we sponsored four children in the Survive and Thrive program, giving them access to year-round swimming education.
This year, from now until 25th July, Healthways will donate $5 from every pair of goggles purchased to the AWSOM Project. Just $62 provides a child in Vietnam with a full year of swimming lessons. Whether you’re replacing a lost pair, picking up a spare, or looking for a gift idea for a young swimmer in your life, pop into our swim shop and grab a pair of goggles. It’s a small purchase that provides a life saving skill.

Watch this video of our trainer Imke talk about how moving your body helps promote better sleep, along with a few other handy tips for better sleep. 💕
Cardiovascular training is about more than fitness. It supports your heart, energy, strength and overall quality of life.
Regular aerobic exercise may help improve sleep quality, support healthy blood pressure, reduce stress, improve body composition and contribute to better cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It may also help lower the risk of long-term health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
There are many ways to get started, including hydrotherapy, cycling, rowing, walking, running, skipping and boxing. The best option is the one you can enjoy, repeat and build into your routine.
Movement is medicine — and small, consistent steps can make a real difference.
