🥋🥋 A day of learning and growing 🥋🥋
Coach/Sempai Lili was incredibly grateful to spend 6 hours learning Kudo with Shibucho Dave Hughes, alongside two of our GMA students. Thank you Shibucho for travelling so far to generously share your knowledge.

I was so excited leading up to the seminar, not really knowing what to expect and it was love at first headbutt! 😂🥋
Kudo brings together so many elements of the martial arts we teach at GMA and combines them into its own unique style, complete with its own traditions, system and approach. It was incredible to experience and learn more about it firsthand.
A huge thank you to Sensei Patrick Pinto for organising and hosting the seminar, and for opening this opportunity up to us all. We’re truly grateful to be able to learn from those who are helping grow Kudo here in Victoria.
Feeling very blessed to be a student, always learning, always improving and always looking for ways to bring more knowledge back to GMA.
And a special thank you to Sensei Kiley Baker for being such a strong and fierce partner! We all need that person who pushes us, challenges us and brings out the best in us. In our case, it was more like “make sure you do your best - so you can survive!” 😂🥊
