On the back of yesterdays exciting news we are extremely pleased to announce our new signings for our inaugural season in the Bowls NSW Platinum Pennant competition.
There’s nothing more important than our culture so it’s fair to say we were very fussy when it came to securing a class edge.
The Merimbula Dolphins welcome Nathan Lynch and Matty O’Brien from the Moonee Valley bowls club in Melbourne.
Having both represented Victoria, these two lads are excitement machines and offer exactly what’s required to compliment our existing squad. As former winners of our prestigious Fortune Fours tournament Nathan & Matty know their way around the rinks here under the dome.

What an incredible achievement for our very own home-grown talent, Nathan Lynch! 💚💛👏

Lunch has been selected in the Australian Performance Pathways Team for the 2026 Oceania Challenge in New Zealand! 🇦🇺

A proud product of Moonee Valley Bowls Club, He will represent Australia in both the Men’s Pairs alongside Cohen Litfin and as Skip of the Men’s Fours — an incredible achievement and one that everyone at The Valley should be extremely proud of.

Lunch’s hard work, dedication and commitment to his bowls has continued to take him to new heights, and to now see one of our very own pull on the green and gold is something pretty special. 🇦🇺💚💛

The Oceania Challenge will take place in Orewa, Auckland from November 19–22.
