Another week of training, more opportunity to keep building.

One thing I always remind my clients is that progress is built through the small things you do consistently, even on the days you don’t feel like it.

Some weeks you’ll feel strong, motivated and on top of everything. Other weeks will test you a little more. That’s all part of the process.

My goal as a coach is to help you keep moving forward, build confidence in yourself and realise what you’re actually capable of. Action before confidence.

Massive congratulations to Nicoletta

What an incredible day for PNBA Pro, Nicoletta, competing interstate today at the INBA Australia Natural Elite Championships!

🥇 1st Place – Evening Gown
🥉 3rd Place – Bikini
👑 Overall Champion – Women’s Pro Angels!!

With the 2026 PNBA Natural Olympia now less than four weeks away, today’s results couldn’t have come at a better time!

We’ve been working towards bringing Nicoletta’s best possible package to the international stage, and today’s performance has only reinforced our confidence.

Today’s success gives us some valuable feedback, confirms we’re moving in the right direction and provides even more motivation to fine-tune the final details before taking on some of the world’s best natural athletes.

Next stop: The Pinnacle!! PNBA Natural Olympia, Las Vegas, in November.

What a journey, and what an incredible achievement!

After earning her Elite Athlete Award at the Ms Fitness Australia Melbourne Royale Classic in Season A. Leesa received an invitation to step onto the national stage at the Australian Championships on the Gold Coast, competing alongside some of the country’s best athletes.

Leesa brought an amazing presence to the stage, showcasing beautiful presentation and impressive confidence.

What makes this achievement even more special is the incredible transformation we’ve achieved in such a short period of time. The improvements in her muscular development, shape and overall presentation have been exceptional, and there’s still so much more to come.

As Leesa said herself, this journey isn’t about anyone else. It’s about knowing she’s capable of more and having the determination to bring that next version of herself to life.

And I think that’s exactly what makes this sport so special.

Congratulations, Leesa! An amazing achievement, I’ve had a fantastic experience alongside you and have enjoyed witnessing you take another big step forward in your bodybuilding journey.

Ten years. Twenty competitions. Two Pro Cards. Six professional victories. Track record “check!”

What a year it’s been for Sammy! From winning on the IFBB stage earlier this year to finishing her competitive career at the Ms Fitness Australia Pro Show, taking out both the Figure Classique and Figure Open titles in convincing fashion.

I couldn’t have asked for a better ending to such an extraordinary chapter.

Beyond the trophies and titles, I’ve always admired Sam’s unwavering integrity as a natural athlete.

In all my years of coaching, I’ve never worked with someone more disciplined or more committed to staying true to their values, and that’s is saying a lot with the caliber of athlete’s through Coach. Not once has she wavered, compromised her principles or looked for shortcuts. That level of integrity is something incredibly special, and something I respect enormously.

Of course, ten years together hasn’t been all serious business! We’ve shared plenty of laughs, a few tears, some questionable conversations and enough stories to keep us entertained for another decade. Some.. most of them are probably best kept between us!

Sam, coaching you has been an absolute privilege, but becoming your lifelong friend has meant even more.

Your retirement post genuinely touched me, and I’m so grateful for the trust, friendship and memories we’ve shared. I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved, but even prouder of the person you’ve become as a result.

And just remember, retiring from bodybuilding doesn’t mean you’re getting rid of me. I know where you live. I’ve stayed at your house!

Thank you for allowing me to be part of this journey. You’ve achieved everything on your own terms, with your integrity intact, and there’s nothing more rewarding than that.

Of course the goal is to improve the physique and bring in a better package. That, we did. By a long shot. Best shape to date, better conditioning, better posing and presentation.

I couldn’t be happier with the improvements made, but better than any external progress is the internal growth.

The person I become through it all. 🥹

Who I was when I started this prep to who I became when I finished it are two very different people.

This prep taught me I can do it holding my own hand, that I am more capable than I realised, it taught me to choose myself and more importantly it taught me that I am enough.

This prep will always have a special place in my heart because it was the beginning of me learning to truly love myself.

My younger self would be pretty proud 🥹💜
