Moranbah Athletics Club Inc. A great sport to get the whole family into. Having fun and keeping fit is always a great combination. Moranbah Athletics Club Inc.

has been established since 2011. We currently have Level 1 and Level 2 coaches guiding our athletes. We have many athletes competing at not only club level but also representing our club at meets across North Queensland, Queensland... and in 2021 we had one of our athletes qualify for Nationals in 5 events! Our athletes also represent their schools for athletics and cross country and in 2019 we had a young athlete make it all the way to the State Schools Championships in 5 events for Track and Field. We invite athletes of all ages from 4y to 99+ to join our club.

In partnership with Mackay Regional Council, Athletics North Queensland is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the 2023 North Queensland Championships, held in Mackay between the 22 โ€“ 24 September 2023.

Discover the hidden gems of the Mackay Isaac Region, a destination full of natural beauty, from the rainforest to the reef, to incredible inland locations. A perfect backdrop for our athletics Championships

Things to know include:
