So, I've crawled back into my little shell and forgotten to post any updates triathlon pink!! 🤦♀️ stadium stomp was a lot of fun, even Keiran enjoyed himself and wants to sign up for another one! Training has been a bit slow at the moment, have had another covid scare in our household, luckily enough has only turned out to be the flu!!! Have been working on grading pattern a lot and piecing together my self created pattern as well. I'm really trying to get my act together so I can give you guys more of an insight of my preparations!

So, it's been a while since I have posted here!! A lot has happened since I last touched base with you all 🤗 first things first, my training ground to a complete halt due to spending 2 weeks in isolation (Keiran had spicy cough the first week, chelsea had it the second week.) Having 2 weeks at home should have given me motivation to do what exercise I was able to do without leaving the property, but it actually had the opposite effect, turning me into a total couch potato! A week after escaping the prison that was iso, I had triathlon pink! That was a fun day coming in almost 6 minutes faster than the first tri I ever did! Now I'm back into the full swing of training and working towards the end of the year and getting through my grading!!

So, this week, to mix up my training a little bit, I decided to sign up for a couple of events. First one I signed up for was stadium stomp. If you've never done stadium stomp before, I recommend it!!! (Well maybe not the day or 2 after, the hip flexors don't lie!!) Lots of stairs, lots of music and the chance to run a lap of the gabba!! (Usually after a lions home game, you're allowed to have a run on the field but you haven't been able to since covid showed up!!!) I have also signed up for triathlon pink in a months time, haven't really given myself a whole lot of time to train for it, but hey let's just see what happens!!!! I also managed to get out for a run this morning and got rained on half way through!!!! Here's hoping that today's motivation will stay with me these coming weeks!!! I'll post the links if you're interested in joining me at either of these events!

Great way to finish off this week's training session, racing the kids on the inflatable obstacle course. Life has been really busy lately with the floods, hospital appointments and other things in general. Training is pretty busy, getting some of my students ready for their upcoming grading in April.

Yep, I've been slacking on updates 🤦♀️ been pretty full on behind the scenes at the moment. I had a pretty bad week last week with a shocking case of the idontwantto's and even skipped a night of training! My goal is to do better and be more focused this week!! More work on the basics and beginning to work on my self created form (as part of my requirements for grading criteria.) Another goal for the week is to est less junk food (this means no chocolate, lollies, soft drinks etc.) Time to get to work ✌💪⏰🥋

Been a bit slack in my posting lately. Training is off to a good start, haven't been visiting the gym as much as I would like but I have been training 4 nights a week!!! Monday and Wednesday nights I have been teaching and training with my crew at KMAA, Tuesday night BJJ with Coach Gary and the girls at Todd's and Friday nights with the usual suspects!!!!! Bruises are popping up and muscles are sore but enjoying it!!! I will try to remember photos next time 🤦♀️😆
