Fitness Tips For Beginners!
#1 - start small stay consistent !
Consistency is key when training … no point going all out one week at a pace you can’t keep up so a few weeks later you are out of action!
#2 Focus on form. Getting your form down pat before adding more weight is essential to minimize injury and to get the most out of your workout by targeting the correct muscles effectively!
#3 Fuel your body! None of this training fasted nonsense. Carbs are not the enemy , when eaten before training they provide us fuel to push harder, when eaten paired with protein after training they feed our muscles for growth & repair .
#4 Rest is part of training!
Resting is when the magic happens! And if we don’t get adequate rest your next training session will suck!
The rest you require varies from person to person, learn to listen to your body and it will all fall into place!

Make smart swaps like using country split wholemeal bread just 110 calories for 2 slices. 99% fat free mayo instead of full fat, extra light cheese slices instead of full fat.
