💪🏼Lat pulldown grips aren’t one-size-fits-all.
Straight bars, V-bars, and neutral grip multi-bars all shift the focus:
👉🏼Wide grip = more upper lats, V-taper shape
👉🏼Neutral/close grip = more biceps + often better overall lat engagement.
