Our breath is so important, and sometimes we don't even notice it. Our breath not only helps us with our yoga practice, but it supports a quality of life that you might not even be aware of. Do you experience dry mouth, snoring, sleep apnea, increased sickness or hayfever, waking up feeling sluggish even though you got your 8 hours sleep?

We've all heard about how meditation is so good for us and maybe even in a stressful time in your life you've said, I think I just need to meditate more π So why is it so hard to do?

Do you suffer from frequent lower back pain? We've experienced this too. Instinctively we think that by stretching or massaging our backs that it will improve. However this could actually be making it worse as the source of the pain could be originating from your hips. This week's yin classes will focus on asanas for the hips.
