Taeguk 8- how did you score?
Here are the answers we were looking for 👇

1️⃣ Didn't set up punch- the hand needs to reach behind the belt before punching.

2️⃣ The transfer from back stance to long stance should have her weight distributed to the middle, not all the way forward.

3️⃣ The blocking hand should be off to the side to effectively block a punch. And her punch hand was off to the side when it should have been in the middle.

Each incorrect version has a different mistake. It's the small details that help make Poomsae strong smooth and controlled. 🥋

How we use small group drills to build speed, strength and timing.

For the timing drill:
The attacker should use fake motion to try and break the timing. The defender should wait for their opponent to move and should react as quickly as they can. Focusing on sliding back and counter attack.
