MAY was Apraxia Awareness Month and is a month dedicated to awareness, conversation and support for Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). Our Elevate team showed their support on the 14th of May by wearing BLUE💙🩵

Today we celebrate the mothers, grandmothers, aunties, carers, and mother-figures who show up in the everyday moments — the big ones, the tiny ones, and the ones no one else sees.

The ones who advocate, comfort, encourage, organise, remember, cuddle, cheer, and keep going.

We know we only see a small part of your world, but we see the love, advocacy, and care you bring to your children every day. We feel so grateful to walk alongside you and support your children in the moments that matter.

We hope today you feel even a little bit of the love you so freely give returned to you.

Everyone Communicates: Supporting Communication with Autistic People

This free evening will include a guest speaker and offer a warm, practical space to learn more about the many ways autistic people communicate, and how we can support communication in everyday moments.
