Hey folks!

My name is James and I am the personal trainer of Strong People of Mornington!

My wife and I are excited to call Mornington our home and are eagerly anticipating the arrival of our first child in January.

Having completed my Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, I have gone on to have opportunities working with the Victorian Institute of Sport and University of Edinburgh. Over the past 15 years I’ve had extensive experience in running strength and conditioning training for both athletes and the local community, as well as teaching primary and secondary PE, training in and coaching Olympic weightlifting, boxing, speed & agility and pilates.

I am passionate about people being connected within their community and living a heathy active lifestyle where they feel empowered to live their best life!

Strong People of Mornington was birthed for people like you!! Whatever your story, I would love to work with you and support you in reaching your personal fitness goals and connecting you in with our growing community!
