Great to have some nice teachers from Bolton England visit Combat Academy tonight. Sensei Jay Morrison and Sensei Shaz Morrison with their family of karate champions are in Australia. They have ran their school the Bolton Dragons for the past 2 decades. Great to have them visit hope we see them again. Thanks to Sensei Richard Lewis for bringing them along

On Sunday before the big book launch, Blair taught a self defence class for some local gals, most are ultra-marathon athletes.
All money raised went to buy 6 packs of supplies for people in need.
