The Mornington Peninsula Badminton Association is based at David Collings Centre in Mornington. Open to all new players, competition runs every Tuesday.
We offer coaching with rackets provided; loads of encouragement; great company and conversation. We play every Tuesday morning during school terms starting at 9.45 at the David Collings Leisure Centre, Dunns Road, Mornington. We play for fun and fitness. Games are competitive but encouraging. All abilities are welcome including beginners as instruction is available. Come along and enjoy a game. We are a lovely bunch of women and we have great morning teas!

A perfect way to end our fabulous year of Badminton! The Annual Christmas Party 🎅🏻🎄 in the beautiful gardens of Enid’s home & catered for by the awesome Araminta. We were treated to a smorgasbord of food & laughs generated by the clever Sarah’s observations of our individual idiosyncrasies 😁😂 thanks to everyone who helped with setup & packup.

What a week! Adelaide Atalanta Badminton Jamboree… Mornington Peninsula Sea Dragons Team 1 Winners!! Team 2 Runners up in the individual doubles. Sea Dragons also Runners Up in C3 Teams Division 🥈🥈so proud of our team 👏🏻

Congratulations to some of our MPLBA ladies who played Veterans badminton over in Truganina on the weekend. They had tough challenging opponents but in the end it was a convincing win for the Rubies team. Well done ladies 👏🏻

Huge congratulations to our Grand Final Winners for this half year. Team Minta, Irene, Jenny & Anne (Lyn) showed various tactical & power manoeuvres which proved too clever for team Bronwyn, Lucy, Christine & Cheryl (Sandy, Jenni, Enid) who played their best to give us many thrilling games! Then all celebrated the first season with a wonderful lunch & some shiny shoes for conversation👢
