🚨 WE’RE HIRING – DUTY SUPERVISOR 🚨
Mornington Indoor Sports & Inflatable Land
We’re looking for a mature, confident and self-motivated Duty Supervisor to join our team.
We have two casual supervisory roles available and are open to one person filling both roles, or appointing separately.
Immediate start available.

🏆 Role 1 – Indoor Sports Supervisor (Casual)
📍 Tuesday–Thursday evenings
⏰ 4:30pm start – until close (generally between 9:00pm and 10:00pm)
Responsibilities include:
• Managing evening competitions
• Working autonomously
• Using sports competition management software
• Supervising staff (umpires) and handling customer enquiries
• Basic social media posting and updates
• Ensuring smooth night operations
About You:
✔ Self-motivated and organised
✔ Confident working independently
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Experience in competition or sports management preferred but not essential - Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

🎉 Role 2 – Inflatable Land / Kids Operations Supervisor (Casual)
📍 Thursday (9am to 2pm – TBC)
📍 Fridays 9am–2pm
📍 Saturdays (and possibly Sundays) 9am–4:30pm
Responsibilities include:
• Open and close procedures
• Front of house, cafe operations & booking system management
• Supervising staff
• Overseeing party and program delivery
• Ensuring safety and compliance
• Basic social media support
About You:
✔ Mature and reliable (not fresh out of school)
✔ Confident leading a team
✔ Calm under pressure
✔ Excellent customer service skills
✔ Organised and proactive
Experience in hospitality, sports, recreation or venue supervision highly regarded but not essential (full training provided).

📋 Requirements (Both Roles)
• Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
• Consistent weekly availability
• Strong communication skills
