What a great achievement by the club this weekend, three sides in the Granny with two flags. The 1st's game was a cracker, hats off to all players but a special mention to Tom Panich the ice man.

βDance pitch you must not or stumped you will beβ as Scotty βYodaβ MacKenzie caped off a great semi final weekend with 8, YES 8! wickets to help defend the 4s score of 242.
It came when it was needed most as Mt Eliza were 0/107 and firmly on track to chase the runs down⦠enter Scotty Mac!

πSEMI FINAL RESULTS π
Three wins from three in the semis β the Bulldogs are through to the finals! What a weekend of cricket at Mornington. π

1st XI def Pines by 50 runs
Ryan Smith top scored with 53 off 115, supported by Matt Foon (39) and Tom Panich (30). Cameron Moon was outstanding with the ball taking 4/31. π

3rd XI def Red Hill by 4 wickets
Josh Everard was the standout performer β 5/8 off 10 overs to bowl Red Hill out for 115, then chipped in with 23 with the bat to help chase it down. π

4th XI def Mt Eliza by 50 runs
Richard Perks was absolutely sensational β 110* off 146 to anchor the innings to 242/6. Scott MacKenzie then tore through Mt Eliza with an incredible 8/45. π₯

Two massive performances today when it mattered most in the Semi Finals for the dogs with all 3 sides in the hunt overnight going into Sunday.

110* from 146 balls, including 13 boundaries, and a 99 run partnership with GT when the team was 3/15 and needed it most.
Anchored the innings and batting through to the end unbeaten.
