Keen to hit the trails?

The epic King Falls trail on Arthur's Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula is definitely the trail I've hiked the most. In my opinion it is most stunning in the cooler months when kangaroos are out in mass with their joeys, I've seen multiple kangaroo boxing matches, kookaburras cackle as you wander by, koalas have been spotted and the waterfall is likely to be roaring.

This is why and I have planned our next Hike & Yoga day here next Saturday June 4th.

We've got just 2 spots left for this hiking day that takes you to some of the best panoramic view os Port Phillip Bay and Ninch. We stop midday for a nourishing lunch at the picturesque Seawinds Gardens before heading to for a post hike yoga & self massage (myofascial release) session.

EVENT ALERT: Winter Wellness - Yin Yoga & Sound Bath ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŽถ

Slow down, move inwards and delve into winter with a deeply restorative yin yoga practice led by Megan while being cocooned in live sound by in an immersive experience of handspans, crystal harp, gongs and many more celestial instruments.

Over this 2 hour session you will be guided through a therapeutic yoga sequence where we approach each pose with the support of props, bolsters and blocks before settling into stillness for a long nourishing savasana bathed in healing live sound.

This nourishing and restorative event will send you floating into bliss.โœจ

THE NATURE FIX: Getting outside makes us happier, healthier, and more creative. It promotes reflection, connection and helps strengthen our relationships. As does yoga! Both perfect post lockdown to reset and reconnect.

Because of all the extra time I've been spending hunched over this desk or curled up on my uncomfortable couch over lockdown Iโ€™ve also been super aware of taking care of my body to counteract all this sitting!
