It's not about motivation in Winter.
Let's be honest... motivation is probably going to dip.
The days are shorter. It's dark when you wake up. It's cold. The couch feels more appealing than a 5am alarm.
That's normal.

The people who keep making progress through winter aren't necessarily more motivated. They've simply made training a non-negotiable part of their week.

They prioritise their health before the week gets away from them.
And the funny thing is, you already know how you'll feel after you train.
More energy.
Better mood.
Clearer head.
More productive day.
You never regret showing up.
So before Monday rolls around, grab your diary, open your calendar and plan your week.
Don't leave your health to chance this winter.
