Injuries happen. It doesn’t mean your training has to stop.

At Resolute, we show you what to do AND how to do it — and that includes modifying your training when you need it.

You’re not simply following a program on a screen. Our coaches work with YOU.

That might mean incorporating rehab movements from your physio, changing an exercise or focusing on what you CAN do while something else recovers.

Your training might look different for a while. That’s okay.

Consistency matters — and sometimes consistency means adapting, not stopping. 💪

That’s what coaching should look like.

“I was probably at an all time low.”

That’s how Kye put it when we asked him to be honest on camera, and most people wouldn’t say that part out loud.

He’d played professional basketball, so being fit and strong wasn’t new to him. But somewhere along the way he lost that, and lost a bit of himself with it. He knew something had to change, so he made the call.

Fast forward and he’s stronger and fitter than he’s been in years — but honestly the thing we’ve noticed most is his confidence. Kye’s one of those blokes who says hi to every new member before we’ve even had the chance to.

Thanks for being part of this place Kye. We appreciate you and we a damn proud of you!! 🫶

Ross and Johnny talk about why they show up.

To feel better, look better and to be positive role models for their families. 💪

And there’s something pretty bloody good about having a mate beside you doing the same thing.

Instead of finishing the work day with a beer, come and train with your mate.

Keep each other accountable.
Push each other.
Have a laugh.
Build some muscle while you’re at it. 💪

Johnny and Ross wouldn’t give Shell a flex this time 😂 but don’t worry, we’ll be asking again in 8 weeks when they finish our 12 Week Challenge.

Let’s see what they’ve built. 👀💪

Cardio at Resolute? Yep, we do it. 😜

While resistance training is what we do best, we also know that having a level of cardiovascular fitness is important for your overall health and wellbeing.

So we incorporate touches of cardio throughout our programming — but like everything we do, we tailor it to the individual. 👌🔥

That means your effort doesn’t have to look the same as the person training next to you.

You might be working hard to improve your fitness, while someone else is starting out and building theirs gradually.

Both are exactly where they need to be. 🫶

You don’t need to get fit before you come to Resolute. That’s what we’re here to help you with. 🙌

Some feedback from our Google Reviews that we thought deserved a permanent spot on the feed. 💚

And you don’t have to take our word for it — you can go and read them for yourself. 😉

We genuinely LOVE what we do.
We love seeing our members get stronger.
We love watching confidence grow.
We love helping people achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
And we love seeing what happens when someone starts backing themselves.

But most of all, we love the community that has been created inside Resolute. RESOLUTE Resistance - Members Account

To our beautiful members who take the time to leave reviews, recommend us, bring your friends and family through our doors, and trust us to be part of your journey — thank you.

You are what makes Resolute MAGIC. 💚
And we’re only getting started. 🚀

Jen, Chloe and Tahliah are three mums who met through our Mums & Minis classes. 💚

Mums with kids of a similar age, navigating similar challenges and figuring it out together.

Supporting each other. Challenging each other. And encouraging each other to level up along the way. 🚀

Now, these three have decided to take on our 12 Week Challenge together.

Not with an all-or-nothing mindset.

Not trying to be perfect for 12 weeks.

But to build better habits, make positive changes and hold each other accountable along the way.

Because having people beside you who understand the season of life you’re in can make the journey so much more enjoyable — and so much easier to stick with.

Training is important. Nutrition is important. Habits are important.

But never underestimate the power of connection and community.

And the connection at Resolute is elite. 👌🚀🔥

Let’s go girls. 12 weeks of levelling up together. 💚
