📋📈 Every 6 months, we hold our Player/Parent Interviews to make sure every player and every family understands where they are in their development journey.

⚽🔥 These interviews give players clear feedback on their progress, their training standards, their mentality, their technical and tactical development, and the areas they can keep improving.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💬 They also give parents the chance to ask questions, give feedback, and better understand how their child is progressing inside the Academy environment.

❤️🤝 For us, this is one of the most important parts of the program.

👀💛 It allows us to get to know each family properly, understand each player as a person, and find the best ways to support them through their soccer journey.

🥳 2027 SBD Full-Time Girls Academy Program🥳

⚽ In 2027, Soccer By Design Academy will be launching a dedicated full-time girls pathway for U12 and U14 players who are ready to take their football more seriously.

👌 This program has been designed for girls who love the game, want to improve, and need an environment where they are coached, challenged, supported and guided across the whole year.

💛 We know how important it is for female players to have access to proper structure, quality coaching and real development opportunities and thats why with a big thanks to our sponsors at Argon Capital, Agathas, Port Noarlunga and Plunge Recovery we can offer this new girls elite program at a subsidised rate to get more girls the coaching they deserve..

👧 Age Groups / DOB Required:

U12 Girls — Players born in 2015/2016
U14 Girls — Players born in 2013/2014

📈 The 2027 Full-Time Girls Academy Program will include:

✅ 120 training sessions (75 minutes each)
✅ 48 competition games in the IFA League
✅ 3 interstate tournaments
✅ 1 international tournament
✅ January to December program
✅ Nutrition workshops
✅ Video analysis
✅ Player development tracking
✅ Strength and conditioning
✅ Academy coaching team supporting each player’s journey

🧠 This program will focus on the full player. Not just how they perform on game day, but how they train, think, recover, prepare, learn and grow as young athletes.

🔥 Our aim is to create an environment where girls are surrounded by other committed players, coached with detail, and given the confidence to keep pushing their game forward.
