If you're free to come along we are busy planning a club working bee and would love as many helpers as possible to come out and give the place a tidy‑up before next season’s trials kick off. ⚽🥰

The working bee will run across Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September, with the following times:
🕒 Saturday 26th: 9am–1pm
🕒 Sunday 27th: 10am–3pm

We’ve got a big list of jobs we want to knock over, including organising offices, emptying and sorting the equipment room, organising gear, installing new storage cages, pressure washing the facility and grandstand, cleaning the kitchen, goal repairs, replenishing First Aid kits, receiving coaches’ bags, disposing of old balls, and washing bibs.

We’re also hoping to find someone with a ute or trailer who can help with a dump run, if you’re able to assist with that, please let us know.

We’ll be running a BBQ on Sunday, so if you’re pitching in, we’ll make sure you’re fed while you work. We’re happy to organise everything for everyone coming out to help.

NOTICE | Annual General Meeting 2026.

All Mt Barker United Soccer Club members are invited to the club’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 6th October at 6:30pm (sharp) at the MBUSC Clubrooms (Summit Sport and Recreation Park - Football Centre).

Our AGM is an opportunity for every member to have a voice in shaping what comes next at our club. Come along to hear how the 2026 season went across all areas of the club, contribute to our upcoming plans, and help shape the direction of the club’s growth in the years ahead.

Whether you're a current or past player, long-time supporter or a new face on the sidelines, your ideas and involvement make a real difference. This club thrives because of the community behind it.

Come along, be part of the conversation, connect with fellow members, and help build a stronger, more connected club for everyone. We hope to see you there!

There are also a number of Executive and volunteer positions available, providing opportunities for club members to get involved and help build a strong Mount Barker United Club for the future.

Volunteer opportunities range from Executive positions through to a variety of supporting roles, with opportunities to suit different levels of availability and involvement. Come along on the night to find out more, or get in touch with the club for further information.

COMMUNITY MEN | PROMOTION

After the weekend results we are proud to announce that we have been promoted to Division 1 of the Collegiate Soccer League: South Australia for 2027.

This is a fantastic achievement and one that’s been just over 10 years in the making.

It’s been around a decade since Mt Barker United Collegiate last competed in Division 1 when we finished a respectable 3rd. However, after entering State League 2, the decision was made to step back and give the group time to rebuild after numerous players stepped up to the higher competition in State League.

Since then, we’ve navigated COVID, welcomed plenty of new players and made the move to the fantastic facilities at Summit Sport and Recreation Park - Football Centre.

There are also some familiar faces who have been part of the journey all along the way, and we wouldn't be here without them.

To the current squad and coaches congratulations on a well-earned promotion. The work, commitment and consistency throughout the season have paid off. There have been lots of highs, but also some lows but in the end it's a case of JOB WELL DONE.

Congratulations to Sturt Lions CSL on their promotion as well.
