Never underestimate the impact of a genuine conversation 💛

This R U OK? Day WAIS staff and athletes came together over coffee, connection and conversation ☕

We heard from Hockeyroo and WAIS graduate Aleisha Power, alongside WAIS Athlete Wellbeing & Engagement Advisor Jason Gabriel and Performance Psychologist Jessica Edwards, about the importance of checking in, truly listening and looking out for the people around us 🥰

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can give another human being, is the feeling that they don't have to carry things alone 🙌
