The Northern Districts Little Athletics Centre (NDLAC) is based at Foxglove Oval, Mt Colah, NSW. The mission of Little Athletics Australia is 'To develop children of all abilities by promoting positive attitudes and a healthy lifestyle through family and community involvement in athletic activities'. Little Athletics is a uniquely Australian sport for children aged 5-16 years. As the name suggests, it is based upon the sport of athletics (track and field) and the events are specially modified to suit the ages and abilities of children. A wide range of running, jumping, throwing and walking events is conducted. Little Athletics is a Foundation for all Sports . It offers young people activities and skills that will stand them in good stead for their sporting future. Each year across NSW, approximately 40,000 boys and girls enjoy the activities that Little Athletics has to offer.

Early events are optional events for 9s+ athletes and start at 7:30 am. Please sign your athlete up and arrive 10-15mins before your event to be ready to start. This week's events are as follows:

• 11s & 12s javelin
• 13s+ 3000m and discus

Thanks to Luke and Sarah from Coffee Squad who keep us parents caffeinated each week! 💙Pictured with our Life Member Gail who presented them last week with a plaque to thank them for their sponsorship. Did you know that for each coffee purchased at NDLAC Coffee Squad donate 50c per coffee back to our club. Luke and Sarah will be back at NDLAC tomorrow morning ☕️

👟 Join us for a relaxed, non-competitive morning to learn, practise and build confidence across a range of events. A day all about familiarisation, technique coaching and plenty of hands-on practice.

Register by midnight tonight to guarantee your child’s Rego pack is ready for pick up at our skills session Friday night. Those registered after midnight tonight your child can still participate in the skills sessions but the pack will be ready the following week at the Saturday session. :)
