Looking for a fun, active program for your child? Our Hot Shots JumpStart Recreational Skipping Program is the perfect way to learn new skipping skills, get active, make friends and build confidence!

The countdown is officially on! In just 50 days, Australia’s best athletes will come together in Darwin, NT to compete at the 2026 Australian Rope Skipping Championships.

From incredible speed events to breathtaking freestyle performances, we’re counting down to five unforgettable days of competition, connection and celebrating our amazing jump rope community.

Thank you to Henry Pike MP for taking the time to visit our club and chat with our athletes. We really appreciate your support and your interest in our sport.

It was great to visit the Hot Shots Skipping Association and meet such a talented group of young athletes.

The club recently received funding for new equipment, which will make a real difference as they continue to train, compete and grow.

Community sporting clubs like Hot Shots Skipping Association play an important role in giving young people the opportunity to stay active, build confidence and make lasting friendships.

Keep up the fantastic work. I have no doubt there are a few future Australian representatives among this group!

😁 A team full of smiling faces.

Thanks to the incredible support and generosity of the Dickinson Foundation and the Australian Sports Foundation, who have provided our club with valuable HART Sport equipment through the Active Kids Grant!

We are so grateful to receive this equipment, which will help improve the strength and conditioning of our current athletes, while also allowing us to provide new ropes for participants in our future JumpStart recreational skipping programs.

Initiatives like these from the Australian Sports Foundation help remove barriers to sport participation, encouraging children to get active and supporting young athletes to keep doing what they love for years to come. ❤️🖤❤️🖤
