It’s back. Our annual R U OK? Bootcamp. 💛
Saturday 12th September. 8am. Mount Druitt NDHC.
This one means a lot to us. Every year we come together, get a sweat up and raise money for a cause that genuinely matters. Mental health touches everyone in some way and this is our small way of showing up for it.
And this year we are mixing it up. Our instructors are ditching the yelling and jumping in alongside you. No sidelines this year, everyone is in it together. 😅💛
