Since May 2024 I’m down roughly 25KG! 💓

2026 I’m focusing on -
💪🏻 building muscle
💪🏻 implementing more strength training
💪🏻 getting my steps in

Hey hey 👋 I’m Ashley! You may know me as gym co-owner + Michael’s wife and here is my Shameless plug! 🩷
I have lost over 20kg since May 2024👏 things I did to help my weight loss include -

✔️ eating in a calorie deficit 🍓
✔️ strength training 3 x a week 🏋️
✔️ cardio for at least 20 minutes 4-5 x a week (I did inclined treadmill and watched TikTok’s haha) 🩷
✔️ tried to get 10K steps a day (didn’t always happen) 🏃‍♀️
✔️ made healthier versions of my favourite foods 🥘
✔️ have a husband who is obsessed with the gym to train with 😜

A little about James -
Hi, my name is James and I live in Mount Evelyn and have recently started as a trainer at Fit Gym. I’ve been working out here for just over a year and now I’m excited to help others with their fitness. I can help you with strength training and writing or updating your program. I also run a bootcamp on Saturday mornings at Mt Evelyn Primary School oval. I have a passion for fitness and love helping people build strength, confidence, and habits that future proof their health and wellbeing.
