How long can you wall sit for? π€ Join our Wall Sit Challenge and test your leg endurance π¦΅π»
Winners to be announced at the end of Aprilπ Prizes will be awarded to whichever man and woman holds the longest times!
To enter, ask someone at the front desk to time you, or show a video πΈ of your attempt to the staff members, the videos just have some requirements though to help with accuracy
1. The wall sit attempt has to be at the gym
2. The video has to have the whole wall sit included, a few seconds before and after to make sure the time is accurate
3. Your whole body has to be in frame, preferably on an angle to check form
