We have had a couple of spots open up in our active aging class recently, so we are accepting a limited number of new class members! 🫵🏻

We are currently offering the first class free for everyone! That means you don’t even have to be a current member of our gym to get involved and give it a try 👏🏼

Classes are every Wednesday at 10am, arrive about 5-10 minutes ahead of time to make sure you’re all warmed up!🔥

🎉Monthly Challenge - Push Ups🎉

Congratulations to our Winners!!

Sam won for the women and got a total of 1237 push-ups 🔥🙏🏻
Rahul won overall with a very impressive number of 2300 push-ups 💪🏼👏🏼
