We've changed the location for the come and try Highland Games with Tartan Muscle, now at Hastings Cunningham reserve from 5.30pm tonight! We're super excited to throw some stuff around, open to anyone to come along! 💪💪

On Sunday we had 3 Ragnarok members coached by Carli compete at The Capo Yuris Sterns Open hosted by .
, Sarah Coates and .ellis1990 all performed amazingly well with all 3 hitting multiple PBs on the day!
As always 618 Barbell hosted an awesome event, we always love competing there and will continue to bring our clients to comps!
