I have absolutely loved teaching my Saturday morning Yoga Classes, but sadly, I will be stopping in a few weeks time due to other engagements!

My last weekend class will be Saturday 8th October at 8:45am 🧘‍♀️

As we are in the midst of Mercury Retrograde it is a great time to allow yourself to just go with the flow and allow anything to come into your awareness even if it feels uncomfortable. As the planet Mercury looks like it is going backwards we are guided to go back over old ground to see if there is anything that might need to be resolved, relearned and reassessed. Think of it as a second chance or a do over. Be gentle with yourself and know that whatever comes up to resolve is for your highest good.

Kath will be away from Thursday 15th September to 18th September so some of her classes will be unavailable.

She has classes available:

9.00am - Move + Flow
6.00pm - Hatha

7.45pm - Restorative

Make sure you book those in to get your Kath fix otherwise she will not be back until the following Tuesday 20th.

Class Intentions with Chrisoula

Aside from the physical practice of yoga, I think setting my class intentions every week has started to become my favourite part 🙏

I remember when I was a young yogi, attending yoga classes, I was always amazed that the class intention seemed to “fit” perfectly every time with how I was feeling or what I needed!

At the beginning of each week I brainstorm a list of possible intentions and pick the one that I feel most drawn to, the one that feels “right” in the moment!

I always try and imagine how this intention could fit into every enquire persons yoga practice and every day life!

It has truly become an honour to set these intentions for my students! To bring awareness to what they feel they need or perhaps, didn’t know they needed 🙏

If you are seeing this it's time to rest, retreat and recharge for a new day. They are all the words I think about with Mercury Retrograde coming up. If you think you don't have time for rest, then that is exactly when you need to make time for rest. Be gentle with yourself friends and gift yourself with what you need.


We have a class change coming to Saturday morning yoga.

Chrisoula is unable to continue Saturday mornings due to other commitments.

Megan is excited to share that she is going to offer a class on Saturday mornings.

Class Description
Start Your Weekend with the perfect class to gently energise your body, as well as calm your nervous system.
This class is a combo class to begin with a delicious gentle slow flow, using movement to warm your body and release tension in the fascial body. Followed by calming yin poses to enhance stillness and rest your body, setting the tone for a relaxing weekend (even for those times you have a packed weekend).

For the class to benefit you all, we would love some feedback on the best class time that you would love on a Saturday morning.

Meet Danielle she teaches Pilates, is a Mum of two, and a Nanna of 4.

I am a Massage, Bowen and Reiki therapist and I gained a Certificate 4 qualification in Pilates in March 2022.

My favourite things are Pilates, Running, Boxing and hitting the gym!I love pilates because it strengthens all the little muscles that support the larger muscles!

Combining Pilates and running has given me more endurance and I have become a stronger runner, and I feel more empowered! It's also fun and challenges the mind as well as the body.

As a massage therapist, I often refer my clients to Pilates which makes a massive difference to their overall well-being. Their massage visits also become less frequent due to the many benefits Pilates has on the body.
