Teams for Pt Mac Saturday

ON Sunday 6th we had the Sealey cup handicap singles sponsored by Sealey Springworks and Margaret Marshall.
the first semi final was contested by Matt Thiele and Ron Cox with Matt winning 29 to 19.
the second semi final was played between Peter Clark and Pauline Boultwood with Pauline winning a close tussle 30 to 28.

The final between Pauline and Matt seen Matt taking the cup 31 shots to 21.
congrats to all players on the day and to the people who came and volunteered to mark the games.

SA will be playing NSW there on Wednesday and one of the singles will be there in the morning and one of the triples in the afternoon but our teams for that day have not been selected yet.

Today the Mount Gambier bowls club hosted the winter triples tournament sponsored by South East funerals, your podiatrist and exchange printers.
In third place was Bryan Vorwerk, Glenn Brown and Bill Bremner.
Runners up Tony Bowditch, Greg Carpenter and Nicola Bowditch.
Winners for the day were Dougald McPhail, Mick Ashby and Peter
Gregory. All three teams were four game winners with the winners on 107,second 105 and third 104.
A big thanks to catering crew, bar staff and organizers…
