Last night, our U16 Girls took the field in their first ever Grand Final, and what a game it was!

The girls played with heart, soul and belief from the very first bounce.
They left it all out on the field and fought until the final siren.

Unfortunately, it wasn't our night and Hatherleigh came away with the win after a fantastic season.

The coaches could not have been prouder of their players. From start to finish, they gave it their all.
They did the jumper, the club and the colours proud. But most of all, they did themselves proud 💛🖤

Last Friday night, our u16 girls played their last home and away game for Season 2022/23 and not only secured 2nd spot on the ladder but secured their spot in the LCWFL Under 16 Girls Grand Final!

Our Under 16 girls took the fight right to the line on Friday night as they took on ladder leaders Hatherleigh on their home turf.
It was 1 v 2 and the game was always going to be a tough one.

What a game our girls played!
Each and every player is to be congratulated for their efforts. They all did a fantastic job and showed so much improvement from their last game against the Eagles.

As always, the girls skills and team play set them apart from their opposition and they got so close to taking home the win!

Coaches Ryan, Baz and Fi could not be any prouder of their team!
Thank you again to everyone who came and supported the girls. We know the girls love having their family, friends and supporters around them on game day.

Geordan has played 3 seasons in the yellow and black and is a set of safe hands, and dangerous kick in the forward 50.

Chloe is returning from an amazing season in 2022 where she took out Runner Up Best & Fairest for the Club, was named in the League Zone team training squad and earned her spot as Ruck in the LCWFL Team of the Year.

A fierce competitor on the field that sets the tone for the Tigers with her strength, determination, and skills, Chloe will continue to lead by example and cause issues for her opponents at every contest.

The North Gambier Football Club welcomes Georgia Tarca to their Senior Women's Football team for Season 2023!

An experienced player, Georgia has previously played both locally for Kybybolite & South Gambier as well as a season for Morphetville Park Div 2. Georgia has also played representative football as part of the LCWFL Zone team in 2018.

In her four seasons Georgia has been a solid contributor who will play a key role in the new look Tigers outfit.

Already a tiger on the netball court, we are excited to officially have Georgia in the yellow and black on the footy field.

On Friday night our u16 girls took on South Gambier on home soil at Blue Lake Sports Park. We knew it was always going to be a tough game with the South girls continuing to improve week to week.

To our girls credit they played hard, contesting footy right from the opening bounce, and qtr by qtr managed to hold the South girls to a Nil scoreline.

On Friday night our u16 girls headed to Naracoorte for Round 5. They took on the skilled, and always tough Kongorong team.
To our girls credit they worked hard all game, played the perfect team game and came away with a ripping win!
The first 2 goals of the game went to our little dynamo Jenna, who finished the game with 3.
Claire celebrated her 14th birthday in style with 4 goals and Georgia G rounded out the goalkickers with 1 major to her name.

A big thank you to the 3 Kyby girls who sat bench for us for the game, we loved having you fill in, in our yellow and black!
