Autumn offers

Autumn: REFINE 🍂
May is here- & what beautiful weather we have been having- though today shows us the subtle changes Autumn brings- reminding us as we move toward Winter, the energy begins to shift.
Not into doing more… but into being a little more intentional with what we choose to keep.
Our focus over the last 2 months of Autumn invited us to let go of what no longer supports us —
and to move with greater clarity, steadiness, and ease.
This month, our focus is Refine.
Less doing… more awareness.
Softening where we can.
Using just the right amount of effort.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll gently explore:
• awareness — noticing where we hold and where we can soften
• simplifying — doing less, feeling more
• refining our effort and honouring our boundaries
• moving with intention and conserving our energy
A practice to clear space, steady the breath,
and gently prepare for the quieter season ahead. Looking forward to sharing our practice together this month 💚

Receiving Support
Autumn is a time of receiving and letting go.
And often, letting go isn’t so easy.
We can hold on to many things — the ego in our practice, the idea of the “perfect” pose, the need for things to look a certain way in our work or daily life, or even the face we present to the world.
We may also be holding onto relationships, or the absence of people we’ve lost.
This season invites us to soften that grip.
It reminds us that it’s okay to be supported in the process of letting go — that we don’t have to do it alone.
In our practice this week, we’ve been exploring how to receive support.
Through breath, through alignment, and through awareness, of our practice we’ll gently find our edge — not to push, but to meet ourselves there with steadiness and care- as always look forward to sharing the mat with you 🙏🍁🍂
