Over the last 10 years Jess has been practicing yoga and meditation for managing lifeβs ebbs and flows.
She began her teaching journey in Greece in 2018 and has spent the time since seeking knowledge and experience.
A well travelled yogi with an abundance of joy to share with you.
Continued studies in Astrology, Ayurveda, Ta***ic yoga and life gives her the tools to truly offer you an adventurous and mindful yogic journey.
Jess will be covering lots of classes over the Xmas period while some of regular teachers take a short break.π

Yin is a soft peaceful practice that allows us to be at one with ourself and our emotions. It is an essential tool that allows you to find balance and calmness.
The poses are held for 3-5 mins allowing you the opportunity to explore your physical body and move into a meditative soft stillness.
Yin encourages natural introspection and self awareness.
Yin is available to all ages and all fitness levels.
If you are finding life a little chaotic just now, Yin might just be what you need to slow down and allow yourself the chance to deeply relax.
