Dear Mount Martha Junior Football Club Parents, Carers and Community Members,

As we head into the final weeks of the 2026 season, planning for 2027 is already underway.

Expressions of Interest for next season's coaching and team support roles are now open and will close at 5:00pm on 27 August 2026.

We are seeking enthusiastic community members who are passionate about supporting the development of our players and helping create a positive, inclusive club environment.
While football experience is valuable, we also welcome people with skills and experience from other areas such as education, leadership, mentoring and community involvement.

We are particularly encouraged to hear from:
• Women interested in coaching or team support roles
• New volunteers looking to get involved with the club
• Community members who can contribute their experience and expertise

Opportunities include:
• Head Coaches (individual or co-coaching)
• Assistant Coaches
• Training Coordinators
• Runners
• Team Managers
• Trainers
• Line Coaches (forwards, midfield, backs)
• Additional training support roles, particularly in skill development

Whether you're an experienced volunteer or joining us for the first time, your contribution can make a real difference. The club will provide support, resources and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.

Wasn’t to be for our under 18.5 girls but the good news is they had the double chance so lace up again next week in preliminary final for a chance to play in grand final
