Senior Womenβs Results | Weekend Wrap
With just two senior fixtures on the schedule this weekend, both sides put in spirited performances despite the results not falling our way.
π΅ State League 3 Women
Mount Martha SC 1 β 5 Chisholm United SC
β½ Mia Allan
The scoreline wasnβt what we were after, but there were plenty of positives to take away. Missing four players from the squad, the group continued to compete and work hard throughout the match.
With a number of new faces finding their feet in the side and several younger players continuing to gain valuable experience at this level, the team is building week by week. The results may not be reflecting the progress just yet, but weβre seeing improvement and growth every round.

π΅ Womenβs Over 35s
Mount Martha SC 0 β 1 Seaford United SC
A tight contest under lights, with the ladies unlucky not to take something from the game after another committed performance.
π Thanks to all players, coaches, volunteers and supporters who represented the club over the weekend.

π¨ SENIOR FIXTURES UPDATE π¨
Our apologies Mariners β our earlier fixtures post incorrectly listed our Over 35 Womenβs team as having a bye this weekend.
With the Kingβs Birthday long weekend resulting in byes for most of our senior teams, we still have TWO important fixtures to support across the weekend. β€οΈπβ
π TONIGHT AT CIVIC RESERVE

π Over 35 Womenβs Super League
π’ 7:30PM Kick-Off
π Civic Reserve, Mornington
π SUNDAY AWAY
π Chisholm United
π State League 3 Women
π 3:00PM Kick-Off
π Jack Edwards Reserve, Oakleigh
While our Senior Men, Reserves Men, Over 35 Men and State League 6 Women all enjoy a bye, our womenβs teams will be proudly flying the Mariners flag this weekend.
The SL3 Women continue to build momentum with some encouraging performances in recent weeks, while our Over 35 Women are back under lights tonight looking to put in another strong showing.
Letβs get behind both teams this weekend β whether thatβs at Civic Reserve tonight or making the trip to Oakleigh on Sunday.
Good luck to all players, coaches and officials. π΄π΅
