⚽️💙 WHAT A JOURNEY FOR OUR ALL ABILITIES PLAYERS! 💙⚽️

Back in April, these players stepped onto the court representing Logan Vikings in their very first futsal competition.

For most of them, futsal was completely new.

They were learning the rules, learning how to move on court, how to pass, defend, communicate and work together as a team. They didn’t win a game that first competition, but they kept smiling, kept trying and most importantly… they wanted to keep playing.

Fast forward a few months and the difference is incredible.

Since then, they have been training every week through our All Abilities program, working on their basic skills, teamwork, positioning, communication and confidence.

This week they took that hard work into the All Abilities National Titles — and the outcome could not have been more different from where they started.

🔥 Top of their ladder across the opening days
🔥 Competed strongly against experienced All Abilities teams
🔥 Made it all the way through to the semi-finals
🔥 Lost the semi by just ONE GOAL
🔥 And three of our players were selected in the AUS ALL STAR TEAM 🇦🇺

What an achievement.

To think that only a few months ago these guys were playing their first ever competition for Logan Vikings, still learning the basics, and now they are competing at Nationals, challenging established teams and earning Australian All Star selections shows exactly what can happen when players are given an opportunity, support and a pathway to keep developing.

It has been amazing watching their skills, confidence and understanding of the game grow.

A massive congratulations to the whole group, and especially our three All Star selections:

⭐ Arnold Bamroong
⭐ Callum Evans
⭐ James Evans

We are extremely proud of every player involved.

This is exactly why our Logan Vikings All Abilities pathway is so important. It isn’t just about winning games — it is about inclusion, friendships, confidence, learning new skills and giving every player the opportunity to achieve more than they may have thought possible.

From losing every game in April…

to becoming a team others had to beat at Nationals just months later.

That is progress. That is development. That is what Vikings is all about. 💙⚽️

Congratulations team — you have done Logan Vikings proud.

And this is only the beginning.

Thank you to the team sponsor IronHeart Clothing

UP THE VIKINGS! 💙🔥⚽️

💙⚽ HAPPY FATHER’S DAY TO ALL OUR LOGAN FUTSAL DADS! ⚽💙

Today we want to give a massive shout-out to all the dads who make futsal happen every single week.

To the dads who still think they’ve got a few goals left in the legs… 😎
To the dads coaching, managing and helping out.
To the dads doing the school run, rushing home from work, grabbing dinner on the go and somehow getting everyone to futsal on time. 😂

To the dads who pay the rego, buy the boots, replace the “lost” water bottles, grab the snacks, wash the kits and then stand on the sideline cheering like it’s the World Cup! 🏆

Most importantly, thank you to the dads who give up their time, work hard and make sacrifices so their kids can play the game they love, make friends, grow in confidence and create memories they’ll remember forever.

You might not always be the one on the court…

But you’re a massive part of every goal, every save, every win and every smile. ❤️

From everyone at Logan Futsal, we hope all our futsal dads have an awesome Father’s Day.

Enjoy the day, put your feet up…

Because we all know the futsal taxi service starts again soon. 😂🚗⚽

💙 HAPPY FATHER’S DAY LEGENDS! 💙

🔵⚪ LOGAN CITY VIKINGS — REGIONAL COACHES WANTED! ⚪🔵
🔥 THE 2027 CAMPAIGN STARTS NOW! 🔥
The Logan City Vikings are looking for passionate, committed Regional Coaches to help lead our junior teams into the 2027 Junior Regional Tournament — April 9, 10 & 11, 2027!
This year we’re getting ahead of the game. We want our coaches locked in early, our squads selected early, and our players spending more time training, building chemistry and growing together as teams before tournament weekend.
💙 Last year was one of the Vikings’ strongest regional campaigns in a long time. We entered 16 teams, had an incredible 9 teams make the finals, and 1 team brought home the title! 🏆
But in 2027, we want MORE.
More preparation.
More development.
More teams competing deep into finals.
And hopefully… more Logan City Vikings titles! 🏆🔥
If you love futsal, enjoy developing junior players and want to be part of building something special within the Logan region, we want to hear from you.
