The spinner who makes batters think twice. Thomas's guile and control in the middle overs have been a weapon for Ashwood, and he's back to spin his way through another season.

When Sree's at the crease, the boundary isn't safe. One of the biggest hitters in our line-up, and we're glad he's bringing that power back for 2026/27.

We're pleased to announce some more signings for the Ashwood Cricket Clubs Women's Program

Firstly we welcome Perc Allen as the Women's Coach for the 2026/27. We thank Perc for stepping up to lead training and guide the women's squad through the season ahead.

We're also happy to announce Nicole Smith as our Women's Representative for the 2026/27 season. Nicole will be championing our women's program, supporting the playing group on and off the field and will play an important role in growing the women's game at the club.

We wish both of you the best with the women's program for the upcoming season.

Thank You Junior

The Ashwood Cricket Club would like to extend an enormous thank you to Mark Edmonds following his decision to step down as President after a club record 14 years in the job. There was a 7 year stint in the middle as Vice-president, too, so that's 21 consecutive years as either President or Vice-president.
Junior has led the club from the brink of going under in 2005, to where we are today, financially secure, with seven men's and two women's teams and a thriving junior program.
100's of hours work, Mark has done everything, from dealing with council to packing up for end of season changeover. Who wants to guess how many tables have been wiped down?
The really good news is Junior isn't going anywhere, still on the committee concentrating on sponsorship and advising the newbies.
