AFL 9'ers Maroochydore's next mini AFL Nines competition is kicking off on Monday nights in May and June, here are the details:

Sunshine Coast AFL Nines

Venue: Maroochydore Multisport Complex – oval 4
Dates: Monday nights from 11th May – 22nd June (7 weeks)

And that's a wrap! 20 teams split into two pools of 10, with the Magpies and Panthers 2 coming out as our 2025 Premiers!

Congratulations also to our runners up Panthers 17 and Uninspired Employed and our Bronze Medal match winners Nifty Nines and Zero One Niners.

Big thanks to all our teams, umpires and particularly all the Kawana Eagles volunteers who give up there time every week to make this competition such a success, we look forward to seeing everyone at the nest next October!

The Magpies prevailed in one of the most epic Grand Finals in 9s history, coming out as 2 point victors against Panthers 17 in a topsy turvy affair. Well done to both teams who gave their all and played with great spirit all season!

The Panthers came from behind to win a fantastic Grand Final against last year's Div 2 Premiers Uninspired Employed.

Kawana Sawbacks at 6:30pm and Bomb'n'Hawks at 7:20pm are chasing a few fill ins if anyone is keen for a second game.

Congratulations to our Group 1 Top 4 who will play in semi finals:
1st Uninspired Employed
2nd Panthers 2
3rd Magoos
4th Zero One 9ers

And to our Group 2 Top 4 who will play in their semi finals:
1st Magpies
2nd Panthers 17
3rd Nifty Nines
4th Bomb'n'Hawks

All other teams will play the team in the same ladder position from the other group this week.

Draw for regular final round.
After this week Top 4 teams from each group will go on to play Semi Finals.
All remaining teams will play teams in similar ladder positions from the opposite group.
