You are ONE workout away from feeling better. 🥰
Not every workout needs to be perfect.
You just need to SHOW UP.
At FBF we:
✔ Encourage each other
✔ Laugh together
✔ Build confidence
✔ Build strength
✔ Support ALL fitness levels
You do not need to “get fit first.”
That’s what we’re here for! 😁🙌
Message me if you want to try one or more of our sessions for a week! (On me!) 😉

Hola! I’m a Latin mum of little two girls and someone who has always valued staying active, healthy and strong, not only physically but mentally as well. I started training with Full Body Fitness almost 3 years ago when I moved into the area developed by AVID and discovered the amazing community Julie had created. I joined because I wanted to feel stronger, healthier and have something for myself outside of work and family life, and I was also looking for a way to connect with people from the area we had just moved to.
Since joining FBF, I’ve noticed so many positive changes. Physically, I feel fitter, stronger and more energetic. Mentally and emotionally, training has helped me reduce stress, feel more confident and create balance in my busy life. It has become an important part of my routine, my health and something I genuinely enjoy. I also try to encourage more people to join because of the positive impact it has had on me.
From here, I want to continue building strength, improving my fitness and staying consistent long term. For me, achieving these goals is about being healthy, setting a good example for my daughters and feeling my best in every area of life. FBF helps me stay motivated with the support, encouragement and positive environment Julie, Ash and Amelie create for all of us.
What I love most about the FBF community is how welcoming and supportive it is. It never feels intimidating, and everyone encourages each other no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
My favourite training style is strength and circuit training because I love feeling challenged and accomplished afterwards, including burpees because, when they are done properly, they work so many areas of the body and really challenge you.
One quote I really like is: “Small steps every day lead to big results. Just show up for yourself, and everyone else will see it, appreciate it and follow it.”
I’m really grateful to be part of FBF and proud of how far we, as a community, have come over the last few years. Gracias! Angy 😊

Who else feels like winter makes you want to hibernate, eat all the carbs, and skip workouts? 🙋🏼♀️
But here’s the thing…
Winter is actually the BEST time to build strength, energy, healthy habits, and confidence before summer arrives.
Imagine how amazing you’ll feel in 12 weeks at the end of winter if you START now instead of waiting. 🙂
This is your sign to:
✔ Move your body
✔ Fuel yourself properly
✔ Build strength
✔ Prioritise YOU
Full Body Fitness isn’t about extremes.
It’s about sustainable health, strong bodies, healthy minds, and a supportive community. 💙

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums out there! 💐
Being a mum is one of the greatest blessings and biggest challenges all in one. Some days are beautiful and heart-filling, other days are messy, exhausting, and everything in between… but every moment shapes us. 🤍
I’m so grateful for the love, lessons, laughs, cuddles, chaos, and memories that come with motherhood. Watching my daughter grow while also growing myself has been one of the most stretching and rewarding journeys of my life.
To every mum, step mum, grandma, mother figure, and woman nurturing others with love... today we celebrate you. ✨
Hope your day is filled with love, appreciation, coffee, cuddles, and maybe even a little time to yourself. ❤☺️

After 30, we naturally start to lose muscle.
After 40… it speeds up.
But here’s the good news...👇
You can slow it down, and even rebuild it!
Your body adapts to what you ask of it.
Lift weights → build strength
Do nothing → lose strength
It really is that simple.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about what you do consistently over time.
Your future strength, mobility and independence depend on it.
