CASUAL STAFF WANTED – TOPFUN TANKS
Location: Muchea, WA
Casual | Mostly weekend work, with additional weekday shifts throughout summer
Topfun Tanks is looking for reliable, energetic and outgoing people to join our crew at our mini tank paintball venue in Muchea.
This definitely isn’t your average casual job! You’ll be helping customers get behind the controls of our mini tanks, preparing the battlefield, running sessions and making sure every group has an awesome — and safe — experience.
THE ROLE
Your duties may include:
Preparing tanks and equipment before sessions
Assisting customers in and out of the tanks
Running safety briefings and explaining how the tanks operate
Battlefield marshalling during games — yes, you are going to get shot at; it’s pretty much inevitable! We provide all the appropriate safety gear to keep you protected
Loading paintballs and preparing equipment between sessions
Cleaning and resetting tanks after each group
General grounds and venue duties
Assisting customers at the shooting range
Serving customers at the kiosk
Helping with BBQs, birthday parties, bucks events, corporate groups and private bookings
We're looking for someone who:
Is 16 years or older
Is friendly, confident and comfortable dealing with groups of people
Is reliable and actually turns up when rostered
Can work independently and as part of a team
Doesn't mind working outdoors, getting dirty or doing physical work
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Takes safety seriously
Is available for weekend work
Has reliable transport to Muchea
Is happy to get involved and have a bit of fun while still providing great customer service
Experience isn't essential — we'll provide training.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, paintball, outdoor recreation, mechanics, machinery or similar work would be an advantage, but it's definitely not a requirement.

Topfun Tanks is a unique mini tank paintball experience based in Muchea, north of Perth.
Our customers actually get behind the controls of their own single-seat mini tank, drive onto the battlefield and fire paintballs at the opposing team.
We host everything from families and birthday parties to bucks events, corporate groups and large private bookings.
We're looking for staff who can help us give every group a fun, professional and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
