Just as I support my little girl to chase her dreams, I support you to chase yours! Why is it that when we are young we do so much and enjoy so many pursuits that bring us joy and then we "grow up" and often get stuck doing things every day 5 days a week that don't bring us joy. YES we need to earn money to live, but once we discover what work we don't like, we should drop it and change, because as we grow older, we start to realise that life is short and we shouldn't ever waste the beauty of life by being 'stuck' working to live in jobs or careers we don't like. Do you feel like you are in a "stormy" phase of life - tumultuous , dark, foreboding? Are you a woman who is menopausal or peri-menopausal? I am and I have felt like I have a stormy moment most days after going through quite a dark stormy patch about one year after my final bleed in Jan 2024. I realised that this is a result of a mammoth drop in Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Three incredible hormones, responsible for so many of the positive feelings in life - gone. It was a signal to me to step into doing more of what I love and way less of what I don't! In this last 2 years I have walked away from a business that I once loved to simply being with life more and in this time gently, slowly created my new business (this is it). I haven't been posting or promoting for a year but just allowing clients to find me via real connections. I set up an alternative income stream on the land to take the pressure off...now I feel like I am walking out of the storm and into a lighter brighter phase where I am ready to share what I do with you all again and invite a few passionate women in as clients.
