ZENTHAI LVL 1 course

Avalon, Sydney. 10th-13th/11/22

In this four-day workshop you will learn a 90min sequence that weaves together, Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage and Osteopathic techniques with focused intention. Along with the practical aspects of gestures, anatomy and the 5 elements, you will cultivate inner awareness, a deepened sense of touch and enrichment of conscious community.

This course is also a prerequisite to the 9 month Therapist Training.

Natural Movement classes back on every Monday and Wednesday 6:30am - 7:30am @ the Mullumbimby netball courts.

In these classes, we work on strength, mobility, flexibility, joint articulation, prehab/rehab and skills.
But more so we are exploring how to move better as a whole, how we can coordinate, learn to adapt and thrive in challenges, cooperated and communicate, learn to be efficient with our body for our longevity and how movement effects all of our bodily systems which can support our well-being.

$100 a month or $20 drop in
1st class for locals free.

Group Movement sessions to evolve your body and mind. Celebrating the bodies we have and creating more freedom to express them.

Connecting to the natural patterns of nature through our Movement, breath and Mind. We step away from training like machine's with constant rigid linear exercise learning to adapt and thrive together as organic Humans in our Movement, also spilling into everyday life. We become more malleable in every way creating resilience in our physical structure and our day to day being.

Learn to,
- Improve coordination, rhythm and balance
- Build strength in non linear ways
- Become soft and efficient in your body
- Articulate spine, hips and all joints of the body.
- Prevent injury
- Play with locomotion patterns
- Get inverted

All in a fun playful environment!
All levels welcome!

Monday and Wednesday 6:30am - 7:30am. 4 week block $80 when committed to the 4 weeks.
Drop ins also welcome $20
