When was the last time you played? 🌈

It’s so important for children to play, but often adults forget.

Teaching Kids Yoga has taught me the importance of playing again. So this year for my birthday I had a Spring Fair themed play date with friends. It was full of games like sack racing, three legged racing, hula hooping, skipping, limbo, and boy was there lots of laughter.

Let this be a little reminder for you to play. As often as you can. Be silly and have FUN!
