Feels like many years ago, I made the decision to embark on this grand educational pathway… 4 years of late nights, hair pulling, and cereal for dinner and I have accomplished something I never saw coming, my Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Thanks goes to so many people who have been there supporting me in so many ways. But of course I could never have completed my 4 years of study, countless hours of exams, practicum and 6 insane weeks of rural prac without my parents, siblings and three amazing boys… An extra thank you to my cheer squad, Lucas, Chayse and Grayson.. We did it 🥳❤️👩🏼‍🎓

NEXT STOP, HIGH SCHOOL….
Your next chapter has arrived, 8 years preparation and still I am not completely ready for you to start this exciting adventure. But you are!! The only advice I have for you Lucas, is just be YOU.. Listen to yourself and trust yourself. If this fails in the words of Nanny, just think LECTURE, LECTURE, LECTURE…. Or like Uncle David says BE THE OAK!!!
