We are excited to be launching our new Winter Saturday Basketball League thru Lakeside Recreation Centre. Below is the link for you to register your teams. As this competition is now run by Lakeside this page will be CLOSED down from the end of this month. All updated information can be found on the Lakeside page or Lakeside website. We can't wait to see you all there Saturday 30th April for the opening game of the season

Perth Christian Basketball League is back for 2021!

This unique competition offers churches the opportunity to fellowship in a Christian sporting community. Whether it's for your youth group, young adults or any church member, this is a great opportunity to connect with other Christians from around the Perth area.

The season begins Saturday the 10th of April and runs through to the 18th of September. There are Juniors, Seniors and Mixed competitions.

We are excited to announce Stage 4 starting on Saturday which will allow for spectators. Just a reminder that we are still in phase 3 until Saturday this week and teams are still restricted to the 3 people per team. On Friday, we will be sending out an official communication for our community outlining the changes coming to restrictions at Lakeside.

Basketball WA is pleased to confirm that basketball competitions can now be played in front of family and friends under our Stage 5 (Green – 150) guidelines and protocols from Saturday 27 June 2020 in Western Australia.

We are still taking registrations for Perth Christian Basketball League 2020.PCBL is running on Saturdays at Lakeside Recreation Centre in North Lake.

Due to a shorter season resulting from the shutdown from COVID-19 we have removed the restrictions for teams to be signed off by a church. So get your mates together and sign up a team now.

Senior team rego is just $100
Mixed and Juniors is just $75

The season will run from the 20th June to the 19th of September.

You are invited to be a part of PCBL 2020

Perth Christian Basketball League has evolved out of the Western Australian Baptist Basketball League. For over 30 years Baptist Basketball has been offering churches from around Perth the opportunity to come together in Christian competition to compete. PCBL will continue this great competition whilst opening up the competition to any Christian church in Perth. Some churches nominate teams made up from people in their congregation to help build connection and fellowship amongst their congregations. Other churches see this as an opportunity to see the competition as a bridge into their community to connect friends and family from outside the church with people inside the church. Whatever your approach to the ministry PCBL is the place for your churches sports ministry.
