Victa Graham produced the standout performance at Murray Bridge on Friday afternoon, demolishing his rivals by 11½ lengths in a brilliant 30.01 over 530 metres. 💥

The Lauren Harris-trained sprinter was the clear highlight of an 11-race program conducted in fine conditions. Tracie Price secured a double through Compton Chinook and Minnie’s My Mum, while Liz Chegia matched the feat with My Picasso and Fantastic Spike. The straight-track program also produced Grade 6 Series heat wins for Compton Chinook and Kilcoy Gem.

Victa Graham Nears Track Record as Fantastic Spike Turns Back the Clock at Murray Bridge ⏰

Victa Graham produced the performance of the afternoon at Murray Bridge on Friday, dominating the feature Sky Racing Grade 6 Series Final and going within striking distance of the 455-metre track record.

The Lauren Harris-trained sprinter stopped the clock at a brilliant 25.17, just 0.09 seconds outside the 25.08 track record that has stood since 2020. Harris completed a training double after Daintree Sniper had earlier won over 530 metres, while Liz Chegia also landed two winners on the card. One of those came through veteran Fantastic Spike, who produced a personal-best 21.98 over 395 metres just three months shy of his fifth birthday.

There were other stories throughout the eight-race program, including Ice Age making a successful return to racing following his appearance at the National Straight Track Championships at Healesville, while Bosko Stamenkovic opened the meeting by supplying every runner in the maiden.

Five-Star Price Show Dominates Murray Bridge as Victa Spencer Wins a Thriller 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tracie Price dominated Friday afternoon at Murray Bridge with an outstanding five winners, taking training honours on a competitive 11-race program held in fine conditions.

Price struck with Canya Feel It, Rock It Roger, Compton Stella, Canya Nameless and Compton Ava, with his winners spread across three different distances. Victa Spencer also provided one of the moments of the afternoon when he edged Diogo Keeping in a desperately close 455-metre finish, while Little Lockett was impressive over the 680-metre journey.
