Narooma Wetlands parkrun Narooma Wetlands parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km community event

Murray Bridge parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8am in Murray Bridge, South Australia, Australia. Murray Bridge parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians, from juniors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

This week 98 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 23 were first timers and 14 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 3 different clubs took part.

Narooma Wetlands parkrun started on 13th May 2023. Since then 2,440 participants have completed 10,035 parkruns covering a total distance of 50,175 km, including 1,389 new Personal Bests. A total of 202 individuals have volunteered 2,463 times.

Good evening! Our volunteer roster is looking stacked for the next two weeks but we still have a few vaccancies left. So, if you'd like to put your name down, get in quick!

This Saturday (Sept. 19, Event 180) our vacancies are Tail Walker and Photographer.

The following Saturday (Sept. 26, Event 181) we're after a Barcode Scanner and two Tail Walkers.
